If the hardware products are brand new to the marketplace, we are unable to maintain it and will quickly tell you so. Just as soon as those products become available in the “used” marketplace, we quickly buy them and engage the necessary training so as to be the first company to be able to maintain those products. Once we have accumulated an inventory of whole systems and critical back-up parts, we’re able to offer maintenance on these items to our clients. Certainly by the time your original, one-year warranty expires, QSGI will be prepared to maintain your hardware at a cost less than what the manufacturer will offer.

We simply don’t offer maintenance on any hardware until we feel we’re “solid” and able to do so without incident. That’s just how we do things.
