One of the Nation's Largest Grocery Retailers Selects QSGI for Data Security & Compliance Services

HIGHTSTOWN, NJ—November 15, 2005—QSGI INC. (PCX: QGI), the only data security and regulatory compliance provider offering a full suite of life-cycle services for a corporation’s entire IT platform, today announced that it has signed an agreement to provide its data security and regulatory compliance services for one of the nation’s largest grocery retailers, with more than 3,500 retail locations nationwide.

Marc Sherman, chairman and CEO, stated, “Under the recently enacted FACT Act, companies are required to protect consumers against unauthorized access to their credit information and other sensitive data. Our fully automated and tamper-proof process is ideal for this Fortune 50 company, as it ensures 100% destruction of electronic consumer records and eliminates any chance of human error, hardware error or software error. This unique process enables us to indemnify our clients’ data security liability, which clearly differentiates us from our competitors. By generating a detailed audit report, our process also ensures compliance with the seven-year asset tracking requirements for all public companies under Sarbanes-Oxley. The size and scope of this contract illustrates the growing demand for these services, and reinforces our ability to service clients nationwide and around the world.”
