QSGI Awarded Data Security & Compliance Contract Valued at Approximately $1 Million with Major U.S. Futures and Options Exchange


HIGHTSTOWN, NJ-June 11, 2008-QSGI, Inc. (OTC:BB QSGI) the only provider of a full suite of information technology services to help corporations better manage hardware assets, maintenance expenses, and ensure best practices for data security and regulatory compliance, today announced it has entered an agreement to provide its full suite of data security and compliance services for a leading U.S. futures and options products exchange.

It is important to note that this was a client with whom we had performed project work on select basis in the past.
