Marc Sherman,
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Marc Sherman, chairman and chief executive officer
of QSGI INC, brings more than fifteen years of
direct industry experience in data and technology
asset management solutions to this progressive
company. Mr. Sherman founded WindsorTech, in August
of 2001, to provide technology solutions for clients.
In May of 2004, WindsorTech acquired QualTech
International, a mainframe and data-center hardware
re-marketer and maintenance company, based in
Eagan, Minnesota. Together, WindsorTech and QualTech
were co-branded, as QSGI INC., and provide a complete
range of technology services for a company's entire
platform of IT assets from desktops and servers
to mainframes and storage devices. |

Prior to launching WindsorTech in 2001,
Mr. Sherman served as the director and chief
executive officer of Intellesale, Inc.,
a company which sold off-lease, excess,
used, and refurbished computer equipment,
and provided IT asset management. During
his tenure with this firm, from 1994-2001,
Mr. Sherman increased sales from $6 million
to $150 million.

Seth Grossman,
President & Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining QSGI, Mr. Grossman served as executive vice president and chief strategic officer of Paxson Communications Corporation, where he was responsible for strategic planning and new business development. Previously, Mr. Grossman served as chief financial officer of Paxson. At Paxson, Mr. Grossman was instrumental in financing and assembling the PAX TV station group, as well as its previous Florida radio and outdoor advertising operations. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Grossman was an investment banker with Houlihan, Lokey, Howard & Zukin, where he concentrated on broadcast and media-related |

Mr. Grossman has been a member of the board of directors of the Enterprise Development Corporation of South Florida, a non-profit organization that assists emerging science and technology companies throughout South Florida. He holds a BBA with distinction from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. |

Ed Cummings,
Chief Financial Officer
Edward L. Cummings co-founded QSGI and serves as chief financial officer. He served as executive vice president, chief financial officer and secretary of Intellesale, Inc. from July 1999 to February 2001. He joined its predecessor company Universal Commodities Corp. in October 1995 as controller and was elected to the board of directors in January 1997. From September 1994 to October 1995 he owned TCC, Inc., an operator of several retail gift shops. From December 1981 to September 1994 he was chief financial officer and treasurer of Albert E. Price, Inc., a giftware import and export company. |
