Leased Asset Strategy Tools (LAST) is a suite of services provided by QSGI and its partners, Varilease Technology Finance Group and PFSC that protects its corporate clients against unnecessary expense throughout the equipment lease life-cycle. This program will maximize your return on assets and ensure compliance with all federal regulations regarding data security and equipment disposal.

Although bundling the services will provide the greatest financial and security benefits, we understand that every company has its own set of needs. The flexibility of the LAST program allows clients the opportunity to tailor the service to meet their specific goals.

Services included in the LAST program:

Online, secure access to Digitized Images of Master Lease Agreements and Equipment Schedules – provides the ability to view and export these documents.

Online, secure Data Base containing concise details of all active leases and an analysis of the contractual terms and conditions for all active Master Lease Agreements and Equipment Schedules (i.e. automatic renewal provisions, return requirements, notice dates, end-of-term options, etc.).

Negotiating Expertise – Allow us to utilize our many years of experience as a Lessor to assist you in negotiations with your Lessors on new Master Lease Agreements, new Equipment Schedules, End-of-Term Options (Extensions, Renewals, Returns, and Purchases), Restructures, and Early Terminations.
