WESTCHESTER, ILLINOIS – October 1, 2009.  On September 23, 2009, N-1 Technologies, LLC (N-1) acquired the Data Security and Compliance business of QSGI, Inc.  N-1 Technologies, a Chicago based, independent equipment-management company, has broadened both our range of services as well as our client coverage area through a strategic acquisition plan. N-1’s focus is providing value added services to corporations as they acquire, fund, manage and dispose of high tech assets. This acquisition further strengthens N-1’s commitment to assist its clients in reducing the total cost of ownership and maximizing the return on their IT investments.  N-1 continues to pursue ways to enhance our ability to help corporations better manage hardware assets and build best practices for data security and assure regulatory compliance.
